Please note that the ticket price does not include a marina tax conservation fee of $10 USD per person (payable in cash). The tour may be canceled due to weather conditions. In this case, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a 100% refund. The size of the boat and the departure location may change depending on the number of reservations.

The tour requires a minimum number of guests to operate (20ppl). If this minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled, and you will receive a full refund. Water activities may also be canceled due to weather conditions or local regulations.

This activity is adults-only, and you must present ID at check-in.

You must be at least 18 years old to board the boat. Please also refer to your confirmation email for details about the dress code policy.

IMPORTANT: The person who made the booking must present their ID at check-in. If the person who made the reservation is not the one attending, they will not be allowed to join the tour.

For bookings of $500 USD or more, we require an advance payment and completion of our Credit Card Authorization Form via email. Additionally, at check-in, you will need to provide a physical debit/credit card and an ID that matches the name on your reservation and payment.
